Returns

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are used, damaged, or without original packaging cannot be returned.

• Certain personal care products, clearance items, or customized goods are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued through the original payment method only.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it with the same item at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
